Top up with pure, cool and crystal clear water from Ice Valley – a refreshing, unique mineral water for a healthy lifestyle

Ice Valley Range

Ice Planet

We go to great lengths to protect both the Valley source and the wider environment from the impacts of bottling and distributing this precious resource.

Our central location ensures that we limit the impacts and emissions from road transport and our bottles, caps, packaging and labels are amongst the lightest in use today.

Water for a Healthy Lifestyle

Combined with a good diet and regular exercise, proper hydration is important for general health and wellbeing.

Did you know that:

  • By the time you feel thirsty, you’re already becoming dehydrated.
  • Sipping water helps maintain concentration, alertness and fights fatigue.
  • Drinking the correct amount of water helps the body eliminate toxins.
  • Drinking bottled water helps you to keep track of how much you have drunk.
  • Adults should aim to drink approx. 2 litres of liquids every day.

Ice Valley Water

An exceptional Natural Mineral Water, drawn from an ancient source beneath the Yorkshire Pennines.

Slow filtration through the mineral rich Greenmoor rock gives Ice Valley its unique character and taste.

Does it contain fluoride?

We do not add fluoride and never will. Like most natural waters, a tiny amount of fluoride is present in our source. This measures out at less than 0.5 mg per litre.

Is it from a groundwater source and where is it drawn from?

The Ice Valley source is located in Shepley, a picturesque village close to the Peak District National Park.

Is it hard water and will it fur up my kettle?

Our water source has a high Mineral content – this will precipitate out if the water is either boiled or frozen and can leave a residue.

Where can I buy it from?

Nationwide at Booker wholesale, Iceland, Makro and thousands of independent retailers.

Why does it have a shelf life?

Once the water is taken from the ground and exposed to air and light, it can then start to lose its freshness. Our bottles are made of PET which is micro porous and allows air into the bottles. We therefore put a Best Before End code on every bottle.

How many glasses should I drink a day?

Around eight glasses of liquids each day – and we would prefer it if that liquid is Ice Valley.

Is it recyclable?

Yes, the PET bottle and the HDPE cap are both recyclable.
